Muay Thai Authority Shipping & Returns

At Muay Thai Authority, we’re committed to ensuring that every order is fulfilled with care and efficiency. Please review our policies below for information regarding orders, shipping, and returns. Since all of our products are print on demand, please allow for extra processing time before your order is dispatched.


ORDERS

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

  • Cancellation: Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, and packed, we are unable to cancel it. We work hard to dispatch orders quickly and efficiently to meet your expectations.
  • Changing Your Order: Our fulfillment team picks and packs your order exactly as detailed on your invoice. Unfortunately, we cannot modify items, sizes, or shipping addresses after an order is placed. For address changes, please contact your shipping carrier directly to have the package forwarded.

What If I Received Only Part of My Order?

If you notice that an item is missing from your delivery, please reach out to our Customer Service team at support@muaythaiauthority.com with your order details and a description of the missing item(s). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.


SHIPPING

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders (United States): Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination city.
  • Canada & Mexico Orders: Rates are determined at checkout, based on the order’s weight and the destination city.
  • International/Worldwide Orders: Shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.
    Note: International orders may incur additional tax and duty fees upon delivery, which are determined by your local customs office and are not set by Muay Thai Authority.

Shipping Carriers

  • Domestic: United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • Canada & Mexico: United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • International: UPS and DHL

Order Tracking

After your order has been processed, packed, and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow some time for the carrier’s system to update the tracking status if you notice delays.

Shipping Timeframes

Please note that ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER.

  • Domestic Orders: Allow 3-4 business days for order processing and payment verification, plus an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery via USPS standard ground service.
  • Canada & Mexico Orders: Shipments via standard ground service can take up to 31 business days.
  • Worldwide International Orders: Shipments via standard mail service can take up to 31 business days.

What if My Order Is Lost?

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • First, verify that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.
  • Contact your local post office or the designated carrier to inquire about the package.
  • If you’re not home during delivery hours, we recommend requesting a hold at your local post office.

If your tracking status confirms delivery and you still haven’t received your package, please contact us within 10 days so we can help you initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note, once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Muay Thai Authority is not responsible for lost or stolen items.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our Return Policy

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Item: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect Size or Wrong Product: If the size or item received does not match your order, please get in touch.
  • Product Defect or Misrepresentation: If the product is defective or doesn’t match the product description on our website, note that graphic colors may be slightly different and aren't eligible for return.

For any issues under the above conditions, please email our Customer Service team at support@muaythaiauthority.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your case and offer a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

Return/Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unworn, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Please include your packing slip or invoice with your return.

If your return is approved, instructions will be provided on how to ship the item back to us.
